As well as serving as CEO of CyberInt, Mr. Ofek is also a partner at Baharav Ventures Ltd., and a member of the board of director at Gilat Satellite Networks. In his previous roles, Mr. Ofek was the VP Client Business Executive for the SingTel Group at Amdocs, a leading multinational software, services provider to communications and media companies, and a Director of Management Services at Amdocs. Mr. Ofek is a Captain (Ret.) in the elite 8200 IDF Intelligence unit.
Mr. Ofek holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA from INSEAD.
Mr. Yanovski is a veteran of the IT and cybersecurity space, specializing in information security management and cybersecurity operations. Prior to founding CyberInt, Mr. Yanovski was the Global CISO for ZIM Shipping Services, a multinational enterprise with a presence in over 70 countries.
Mr. Yanovski lectures regularly at professional conventions and at training programs as a Senior InfoSec lecturer. He is one of the founders of The Israeli Forum for Information Security (IFIS) and serves as Deputy Chairman and Head of the Professional Committee.
Mr. Yanovski is a Major (Res.) in the IDF Communication and Computer Corps, with expertise in Communications and IT Security.
Mrs. Heruti has over 15 years of experience in HR management, leading processes to support ongoing and changing business needs, while developing a thriving corporate culture. Prior to her role at CyberInt, Mrs. Heruti was the HR Director of Essence Group where she led the organization’s HR processes and crafted HR strategies to drive a well-balanced organizational structure. Prior to Essence Group, she was the HR Business Partner at Retalix (now NCR) and at Amdocs.
Mrs. Heruti holds an MBA and B.A. in Management and HR from The College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Mr. Padan has over 15 years of deep understanding of the cyber space, information systems and the development of innovative and disruptive products. Prior to CyberInt, Mr. Padan was Director of Product Development at Soluto, an all-in-one support and digital protection service that enables users to contact premier support technicians, acquired by Asurion in 2013.
Mr. Padan is a lieutenant (Ret.) in the elite 8200IDF Intelligence unit. During his service, two of the projects he initiated and led were awarded the prestigious Israel Security Prize for 2006 and 2008.
Mr. Padan holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Perlmutter has more than 15 years of experience leading marketing teams across a variety of industries. She previously served as VP Global Marketing at Amdocs, leading global product marketing teams focused on delivering high-value solutions to the world’s major telecommunications providers. At Essence Group, a provider of smart connected-living solutions for security, convenience, communication, and healthcare service providers, she and her international marketing team rebranded the company and drove the company’s GTM with cutting-edge IoT solutions. Earlier in her career, she was a market strategy and research analyst for major companies and investment houses.
Ms. Perlmutter holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Samson has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, a graduate of the MAMRAM – IDF’s school of IT with vast experience and profound technology knowledge, serving multiple roles focused on driving innovative technology offerings to customers worldwide. In his role, he represents the voice of the client, striving to meet and exceed the client’s business expectations. Prior to CyberInt, Mr. Samson served as lead regional Sales in Pivtoal, a joint venture of EMC and VMware, where he drove innovative cloud application development and optimization solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Samson served as Lead Sales and Biz Dev positions in Amdocs, a leading provider of Telecommunications comprehensive solutions (Billing, Customer Management and Digital Transformation).
Mr. Samson holds a BA in Economics and an eMBA from Tel Aviv University,
Mr. Koehnecke is CyberInt’s VP of Sales for the Americas. He is responsible for strategic oversight of the company’s route to market and orchestration of the sales and customer success activities to meet our clients’ ever expanding needs. Mr. Koehnecke has held several senior leadership roles in cyber security sales and sales engineering teams over the past 20 years.
Most recently he was a VP Sales at Optiv, Inc., following his leadership in creating AT&T’s Networking Integration and Cyber Security Solutions business. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts/Science from Creighton University.
Mr. Yatzkan has over 14 years of leadership experience in various senior financial positions in multinational private and public companies, including Optimal Plus, NEX, Sapiens, SuperDerivatives, and PWC.
He has vast expertise in financial planning, management and reporting, M&A activities, and business performance. Throughout his career in accounting, auditing and financial planning, he has brought about innovation and gained extensive knowledge and experience in enabling companies to pursue aggressive growth strategies and meet their clients’ and investors’ expectations.
Mr. Yatzkan is a CPA, holds a BA in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA, both with honors from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Ikar has over 15 years of experience and a proven reputation for delivering inventive business and technology projects, and client-focused solutions based on a robust product capabilities — all in dynamic and collaborative environments.
Prior to joining CyberInt, Mr. Ikar served as the Leader of Digital Technology and Solution Architecture at Amdocs. In his previous roles, Mr. Ikar led the Network Business Unit R&D at Amdocs, where he was recognized for transforming small-medium size software companies to large scale SaaS driven companies, with an emphasis on stability and productivity criteria.
Noam holds a BS.c from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Mr. Baharav is the Chairman of the Board at CyberInt. He is also the Chairman of Gilat Satellite Networks and a board director at Mellanox. In his previous roles, Mr. Baharav served as the Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., President and CEO of Amdocs, Chief Operating Officer of Optrotech Ltd. and as the Board Director at Allot Communications Ltd.
Mr. Baharav holds a BSc in Physics and Accounting, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
General Partner at Viola Growth: Mr. Ayal Shiran
Mr. Shiran is a General Partner at Viola Growth. He is a global operating and management executive who specializes in building high-performance executive teams and leading sophisticated telecommunications and service organizations with billion-dollar revenues.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Ayal is highly skilled at establishing operational excellence, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies, and executing multi-faceted global business development campaigns designed to improve market share and gross revenue. He has a successful track record in sourcing, negotiating and completing complex transactions in the $100-500 million range.
Prior to joining Viola Growth, Ayal served as President of Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX) Customer Business Group. Prior to this role, he was Amdocs’ Division President, responsible for the AT&T group of companies, including SBC, Bellsouth and Cingular. Before joining Amdocs in 2004, Ayal served as Acting Vice President at TTI Team Telecom International (Nasdaq: TTIL, later acquired by TEOCO Corporation).
Ayal served in the Israeli Air Force for 16 years, and was responsible for the development of avionic systems for the f15 fighter jet. Ayal holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Avi Naor
Mr. Naor is the Founder and previous CEO of Amdocs. Mr. Naor was also the Chairman of Retalix. He is the founder of Or Yarok association and the Oran Foundation for supporting children and youth at risk. Mr. Naor was awarded the Israel Prize for his contribution over the years to the Israeli society

Mr. Zohar Zisapel
Mr. Zisapel is the co-founder and chairman of RAD Data Communications Ltd., Ceragon Networks Ltd. and RADCOM Ltd. Mr. Zisapel is also a Director at Amdocs and Silicom Ltd. Mr. Zisapel is a winner of the prestige Israel Defense Prize.
